Brewmaster's Quarters

Brewmaster's Quarters is part of the former brewery on the Quayside in Weymouth. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with integrated appliances, brass finishes and quartz worktops, a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa bed.

The apartment sleeps four: the one bedroom has a double bed and storage, and the sofa bed in the living space makes up the rest. The bathroom has a separate bath and a walk-in shower. Appliances are an oven, induction hob, combination microwave, fridge, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

A lift serves the building as well as the stairs, and one allocated parking space for a car comes with the apartment. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 mile away, and the beach is 0.5 miles.

Regeneration of Brewers Quay is likely to continue until late 2027, which is worth weighing up when booking. The harbour and Hope Square close to traffic for two festivals, usually at the late May bank holiday and the first weekend of June. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and pets and smoking are not allowed. It is best for a party of up to four who are happy to use the sofa bed.
