Brightside

Brightside sits in the middle of a lakeside development at Crossways, 6.5 miles east of Dorchester and close to Warmwell. It is a four-bedroom house with five bathrooms. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen share one room, and the kitchen sits under a skylight, with an island, an induction hob, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

One double bedroom is on the ground floor beside a shower room. Upstairs are the main family bathroom and three more bedrooms: a double-bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a double with an en-suite and a Juliet balcony, and a suite with a super-king-size bed, a TV, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and a private balcony. The lounge also has a TV.

Sliding doors from the lounge open onto a decked terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, and a lawn wraps around the house. Two cars can park directly outside, with further spaces in the main car park. The shop is 1 mile away, the pub 3.5 miles and the beach 5.5 miles. The site's spa, rooftop bar, private beach and water sports are shared facilities, and pool and spa access is charged on arrival. A refundable security deposit is paid direct to the site.

Up to three dogs are allowed, with additional charges that may apply. The house is booked for six guests, and the bunk bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The house suits a larger family or a group of friends who want a bedroom on the ground floor and a garden for the dogs.
