Broadleys

Broadleys is a ground-floor apartment in an elevated position in Swanage, booked for four. Parking is off-road, and there is a shed for storing wetsuits, body-boards and similar beach kit. The beach is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and a shop 0.3 miles.

The sitting room has a large bay window facing the Purbeck Hills and a corner sofa with a Smart TV, and it opens onto a kitchen and dining area in one room. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a KRUPS coffee machine. Underfloor heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Of the two bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The other is a bunk room with a single pull-out bed. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a heated towel rail. A travel cot and a highchair are available, and guests should bring bedding for the cot and their own beach towels.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. In July and August the minimum stay is seven nights. The apartment takes no pets, bans smoking and asks for a good-housekeeping bond. It suits a couple or a family with young children who want an easy walk to the sand.
