Casa Carmen

Casa Carmen is a detached cottage in Weymouth, a couple of minutes' walk from the harbour and Brewers Quay. Downstairs are a living/dining room, a conservatory, a separate kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge and a microwave, the house also has a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the harbourside restaurants are close when you would rather not cook. Walks to the beach and along the coastal path start from the door.

Upstairs are three bedrooms for five guests: a double with its own en-suite shower, a twin and a single. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all covered by the rent, and WiFi is provided.

The garden at the rear has a patio, a table and five chairs, and off-road parking takes two to three cars. Newton's Cove is less than five minutes away, while Weymouth beach is about a 20-minute walk around the harbour. The nearest shop and pub are 0.2 miles away.

No smoking, no pets, and a good-housekeeping bond is due. The cottage suits a family of five or friends sharing who want a garden, parking and the harbour within walking distance.
