Central Sherborne is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a secure gated development in the middle of Sherborne. Every guest must be aged 60 or over, and bookings that do not meet this are cancelled. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the lounge looks over Sherborne Abbey.

Getting in involves steps: external steps lead to the main entrance and lobby, and a lift or stairs then go up to the second floor. The owner asks guests to keep the external steps in mind when booking. Keys are collected from a key safe on Cheap Street.

The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a basin, a WC and a towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a washing machine, and the lounge has a large corner sofa with a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is one allocated space within the development. No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple aged 60 or over who want to be in the centre of town and are comfortable with the steps at the entrance.
