Chabar

Chabar is the ground-floor apartment of a period-style building in Swanage, a short walk from the beach, the promenade and the cafes. A pub is 100 metres away and shops are under a mile. There is private parking for one car.

A private entrance leads into a porch for boots and coats. The living room has dual-aspect windows, sofas, a Smart TV, a desk and an electric fire in a wood burner style. The dining room off the hallway has a period fireplace and a door to the rear courtyard. The kitchen has a gas double oven and hob, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine, and a side door also opens to the courtyard.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a large window at the front, and the second bedroom is a twin. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and it is not wide enough for wheeled mobility aids.

The courtyard is paved, enclosed and has seating. Up to two dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The apartment suits a couple or two friends, or a family of four, with a dog or two, who want a ground-floor apartment with a courtyard of its own.
