Chapelhay Cottage

Chapelhay Cottage is a terraced cottage in Weymouth, with the shop and harbour 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, and guests bring their own kindling, lighters and logs for it. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

Three bedrooms sleep five: a double, a twin and a single on the ground floor. The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and the washer/dryer sits in there too. There is a Smart TV, WiFi and central heating, and linen and towels are in the rent.

A highchair and travel cot are provided, although guests need their own cot linen. In the enclosed rear garden there is furniture and a charcoal barbecue, which guests supply charcoal for and clean after use. Parking is on the road, subject to spaces being free. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The cottage suits a family of up to five who would rather walk to the harbour, shop and pub than drive, and who are happy sharing one shower room.
