Cherry Pip

Cherry Pip is a one-bedroom holiday home in the middle of Charmouth. Patio doors lead from the small garden into a conservatory seating area, which opens into an open-plan room with a sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table and chairs, and a compact kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. A second TV, WiFi and electric central heating are included, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels in the rent.

The ground floor has a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs is the double bedroom, a vaulted room with large windows, and an en-suite cloakroom with a basin and WC. There is no bath. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available by arrangement with the owner.

The garden is small, enclosed and faces south, with a seating area and furniture. Parking for one car is directly in front of the property. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the beach 0.2 miles and the pub 0.3 miles. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With one double bedroom, it suits a couple, or a solo traveller with a dog, who want the village and beach close to the door.
