Cherry

Cherry pairs a double bedroom, which has an en-suite walk-in shower, with a second bedroom fitted with bunks, and each room has its own Freeview TV. That makes it a lodge for four people on one level, at Herston Yards Farm on the outskirts of Swanage. A separate bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a walk-in shower.

One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Seven-night bookings with a Saturday start are required during the school summer holidays, while short breaks the rest of the year start on a Friday or a Monday.

The open-plan living area has a woodburning stove in the sitting area and a dining area next to the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. Three TVs, a DVD player, a CD player, WiFi and gas central heating are provided, and the rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

On the enclosed decking there is furniture and a hot tub, and parking is available. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, The Old Mess Room is on the park, and the beach is 1.3 miles. The lodge suits a family of four with a dog.
