Chickerell House

Chickerell House is a detached house in Weymouth that sleeps six across three bedrooms. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 1.2 miles.

The beds are a double with an en-suite basin and WC, a ground-floor double and a twin, and every bedroom has its own TV. The ground-floor bedroom has high-level windows that let in daylight, and there is a step at its door, so take care. The ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge, and the living/dining room has a Smart TV. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer on site. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A private driveway takes three cars, and CCTV covers the parking area. The enclosed courtyard garden is at the front, with an astro-turfed area and a patio; the house has no rear garden. One large or two small well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and over the summer school holidays only full 7-night bookings are taken. It suits a family or a group of up to six who want a bedroom on the ground floor and room to park three cars.
