Chitcombe Stables is a single-storey converted barn on a working farm at Woolland, near Blandford Forum and close to Bulbarrow Hill, with Winterborne Stickland among the nearby villages. A long, shared drive and yard lead to it.
From the entrance hall, the lounge, kitchen and dining area runs off to the right. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and the lounge has a wood burner and a Smart TV. A super-king bedroom and a twin bedroom share one shower room with WC. The utility room holds a washing machine and a Belfast sink, and an outdoor store has a freezer.
At the back is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and a BBQ, with a small gate to a grassed area. The ample off-road parking beside the building includes an EV charging point. A welcome pack is supplied and a highchair is available on request. The shop and pub are 2.5 miles away.
Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The water supply is private. From 1 November to 30 January the changeover day is Saturday. The barn suits a couple or two friends with dogs who want a farm setting and a charging point.
