Coastal Charm

Coastal Charm has an enclosed balcony with views across the town, reached through French windows from the living area and French doors from the double bedroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a stone-built Victorian building in Swanage, and you climb to get to it.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire set in an exposed stone chimney. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster, and there are a TV and WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two bedrooms sleep four: the double that opens onto the balcony, and a twin. The bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC.

Parking is on the road, first come, first served. The shop and the pub are 0.1 miles away, and the pier and the beach 0.2 miles. Bookings in July and August need a minimum stay of 3 nights. Durlston Country Park lies further afield, as does the Swanage Railway line that runs towards Corfe Castle. The apartment accepts one well-behaved pet and takes a good-housekeeping bond; smoking is not allowed. The apartment is good for a couple or a small family who want a town base, a balcony and a pet along.
