Coldharbour Farm Bungalow Annexe is a single-storey annexe in Coldharbour, in the countryside near Wareham Forest. The town of Wareham is 1.2 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the shop 0.9 miles. The annexe sleeps two.

You reach the front door through a small orchard. Inside, the kitchen is compact, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster. The living/dining room has a TV, an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a table for two. WiFi and central heating are provided, and fuel, power and bed linen are in the rent. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC.

The double bedroom has double doors that open onto the garden. At the back, the small enclosed garden has furniture, and the grounds include access to the small orchard. Parking is off the road. Wareham Forest is on the doorstep, an area of open heathland and conifer plantation that is home to sika deer, Dartford warblers and sand lizards.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is strictly forbidden on or around the property, and the annexe does not accept short breaks. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a base with the forest on the doorstep.
