Shillong Cottage

Shillong Cottage is a two-bedroom bungalow in Lytchett Matravers, near Poole and Wareham. It sleeps four, in a king-size bedroom and a twin room. The village pub and shops are within walking distance, and the beach is 7 miles away.

You enter through the kitchen, which has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. It opens through to a lounge and dining area, with a dining table and seating for all four guests, a sofa and a TV, and windows that look out to the garden and the countryside beyond. There is a TV in the twin bedroom as well. The bathroom is a shower room with a rainfall shower and a WC. The fireplace is not operational, and there is no WiFi.

The garden is large and looks over the countryside, and deer may be seen from it. A patio with outdoor furniture sits at the house. Parking at the front takes up to two cars.

Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Dogs are not allowed. The bungalow suits a family of four, or two couples, who want a quiet spot near Poole and are happy to be without WiFi.
