Coram Lodge

Coram Lodge is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a Grade II listed stone building in Lyme Regis. Traditional windows light the open-plan living area, which holds a leather sofa, a central dining table and a kitchen with an electric oven, hob and microwave. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and a washing machine, and it adds a fridge with an ice box. A hairdryer is supplied. WiFi, two TVs, a DVD player and a CD player are all there for the evenings.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a cubicle, basin and WC. Heating is electric, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels. An ironing board is supplied.

Outside, the communal garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio and garden furniture. The private car park takes one car, and the nearest shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away.

There is an internal step from the hall into the living room. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The ground-floor apartment is pet-friendly and sits in a Grade II listed building, so it suits a couple who want a self-contained base with a pet in tow.
