Cotley

Cotley is a detached house for six in Bridport, near West Bay. Pubs and shops are within walking distance, and the beach can be reached on foot along a footpath. The driveway has off-road parking for three cars.

From the porch, a hallway leads to a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge/freezer. The dining room looks over the garden. The sitting room has a bay window, a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included) and a Smart TV. Next door, the games room has a games table with air hockey, pool and table football, and there are books and board games to borrow.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be made into a twin on request, a double and a twin. They share one shower room, and there is a separate WC downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have glimpses towards the sea and Thorncombe Beacon.

A terrace off the dining room has a table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue, and steps lead down into the garden, which is enclosed with fencing. It is on several levels with unfenced drops, so children need watching. Secure storage is available for bicycles. Two dogs are welcome, with an additional charge. The house suits a family or three couples who share one shower room and want a walk into town.
