The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a detached, stone-built barn conversion in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bridport is 3.3 miles away, the pub 1.4 miles and the nearest shop 3.4 miles. It is one of four converted farm buildings at Travellers Rest and can be booked together with the other three.

The kitchen/diner has a dining table for six, an electric oven and hob, and a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. In the sitting room are a leather corner sofa, an electric fire, a TV and a DVD player. Board games are provided, and there is WiFi. Oil central heating is fitted; fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered by the booking.

The three bedrooms are two doubles and a bunk bedroom, with a shower room that has a walk-in shower, and a cloakroom with a WC is also fitted. A highchair, a travel cot and a stairgate are available on request. The rear garden area has furniture, and the off-road parking is for two cars.

A single well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is also due. Road noise is to be expected. Check-in opens at 4:30pm and check-out is by 10am. Best for a family of six, with or without a dog, who want a rural setting and do not mind the shop being 3.4 miles away.
