Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a stone cottage on a working farm near Burton Bradstock, with space for six. Its distinguishing point is the bathroom count: three, for three bedrooms. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor beside a family shower room with a WC, while upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other using the family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower over it.

Inside, exposed stone meets whitewashed walls in the lounge, which has a wood burner (first basket of logs supplied) and a Smart TV. Bi-fold doors open from the lounge and from the kitchen/diner onto the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has biomass heating, plus a travel cot and a highchair.

Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a furnished patio, lawn and a charcoal BBQ, and there is a shared open space on the site. Guests may use the shared games room, while a private function room costs extra and is paid straight to the owner. CCTV covers the front doors and the function and games rooms. Private parking fits two cars, with more space nearby.

Two dogs are welcome, with extra charges possible. The shop is 1.5 miles away, the pub 1 mile and the beach 2 miles. It suits a family or a group of friends who want three bathrooms to share between them and a ground-floor bedroom, and the cottage can be booked with four others for up to 30 guests.
