Greenwich Cottage

Greenwich Cottage is a three-bedroom house in Burton Bradstock that sleeps six. The ground floor holds a sitting room, a kitchen/diner with its own TV, a utility room, a double bedroom and shower facilities, while upstairs there is a second double and a twin. In all there are two ground-floor shower rooms with walk-in showers, plus a first-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The kitchen has a double electric oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, an air fryer and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board and a hairdryer are provided, each bedroom has luggage racks, and tea, coffee, sugar and milk are left out for arrival. A dog drying towel is provided in the porch. Decking with furniture serves as the outdoor space.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the house is not suitable for two dogs. Off-road parking for one car is nearby, and the house is on a roadside. There are some steps throughout the house and low-hanging ceilings, so take care. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or two couples who want one bedroom and a shower on the ground floor.
