Dirdale

Dirdale is a lodge in the village of Nottington, 3.4 miles from Weymouth. The lodge has one open-plan living space with the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and there are four Smart TVs, a DVD player and WiFi.

Three bedrooms sleep six, and each has its own Smart TV. The king-size room is on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are a super king-size and a twin, and each of these can be set up the other way round on request because the beds zip and link. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a heated towel rail and a WC, and there is also a cloakroom.

Outside, a private enclosed garden has decking, furniture and a barbecue, and a bench sits on the non-enclosed patio at the front. Two off-road parking spaces are allocated to the lodge. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The nearest shop is 1.3 miles away, the pub 1.5 miles and the beach 2.8 miles.

Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be requested. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The lodge is best for a family who want a ground-floor bedroom and a garden, with one pet along.
