Dolphin Cottage

Dolphin Cottage in Weymouth has off-road parking for two cars. The beach and a pub are each 0.2 miles from the door, a shop is 0.4 miles, and four guests can stay.

The sitting room and a kitchen/diner are downstairs. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and the dining seating is set for four. A TV and WiFi are provided, there is central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with storage, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The harbour, shops and eateries are within easy reach. An enclosed rear patio has furniture for sitting out. Pets are not accepted, there is no smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

One shower room serves the two bedrooms, so the cottage suits a family of four or two couples who share, and the parking holds both cars. Local days out include the SEA LIFE Centre, Nothe Fort and Lodmoor Country Park, with Portland Harbour and Chesil Beach a short journey on.
