Dotties Retreat

Dotties Retreat is a three-storey house near the beach in Weymouth. It sleeps six, and the shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, with the beach 0.2 miles.

On the first floor are a double and a twin bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The second-floor double has an en-suite with a bath, a shower over it, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC, and the second floor also has a cloakroom. The owner keeps a private office on the first floor locked, and guests cannot enter it.

The kitchen/diner has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A TV, WiFi and central heating are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent.

The off-road parking is on an elevated, quite steep driveway, and roadside parking is also available. The enclosed rear garden has decking, a lawn and furniture, with steps up to the lawn, so take care. One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Bookings must be for a minimum of five nights, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or a group of six with a dog who can handle stairs and a steep drive.
