Driftaway...

Driftaway is an apartment for four in Swanage, with two bedrooms and one shower room. The beach is 0.4 miles away, and places to eat and drink are only metres from the door. Dogs are not allowed, and the apartment has no outdoor space of its own.

The lounge/diner has plenty of seating and a dining table by the bay window, with a view across Swanage, where steam trains can be seen heading towards the Purbeck Hills. A TV and a DVD player are provided. The kitchen is compact, with a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with an ice compartment and a dishwasher. One bedroom is a double with plenty of storage and sea views, and the other is a twin. A welcome pack is included.

Parking is in an allocated undercover bay. The walkway up from the parking spaces at the side of the building to the main entrance is steep. There are also some unallocated, unrestricted roadside spaces opposite the building, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children under 2 are not accepted. You will need your own beach towels. The check-in time is 4pm, and the check-out time is before 10am.

It suits a couple or two friends who want a light flat with sea views from the bedroom and covered parking.
