Driftmark

Driftmark is a cottage arranged over four storeys in Weymouth, with a pub 0.2 miles away, a shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a second sitting room sits on the lower-ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a fridge/freezer, and a further fridge. Two Smart TVs and WiFi are included.

The three bedrooms are spread across the levels: a double on the lower-ground floor, a second double and a twin. Both bathrooms have a bath, and one also has a shower over it. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement-level utility room, and the stairs down to the utility room and the back garden are short and steep, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

The enclosed garden is at basement level, with a lawn, decking, furniture and a barbecue. Parking is roadside, on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a family or a group of friends who are comfortable with stairs between levels, with room for one dog.
