Elm Barn

Elm Barn sits at the end of a farm lane near Chideock, less than a mile from the shingle beach at Seatown, which is reached on foot by joining the path at the end of the lane. It sleeps 5 and spreads over two floors, with the living space downstairs and the bedrooms above.

The ground floor is a single open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has two sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV and an electric fire that looks like a wood burner, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar, an oven and electric hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus a downstairs WC. Wi-Fi is available and panel radiators supply the heating. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite shower room, a compact double and a single. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail.

Outside, the private enclosed gravel garden has a patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ, and the shared recreational lawns are close by. Parking is off-road for two cars. The pub is within 0.5 miles and the shop within 0.75 miles.

Dogs are not allowed. The layout suits a family of up to five, or two couples and a child, who want a self-contained house a short walk from the beach.
