Larch Barn

Larch Barn is the middle conversion in a row of three, among former farm buildings near Chideock. A footpath crosses the fields to the South West Coast Path and the shingle beach at Seatown, which is under 0.75 miles away. The shop and the pub are each 0.5 miles away. It sleeps 5.

A small cloakroom with a wash basin and WC is off the entrance hall. Beyond it is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with French doors to a gravel terrace, a Smart TV, and an electric fire that looks like a wood burner. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available, and electric panel radiators supply the heat.

Upstairs are a king-size bedroom with a TV/DVD, a twin, and a single with a pull-out bed stored beneath it, which can be requested at booking, though the barn is booked for 5. The one bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail.

Out the back, the enclosed gravel garden has a sunny terrace, seating and a BBQ, and the recreational lawns are shared with the other properties on site. There is dedicated off-road parking for two cars. Two dogs are allowed, with an additional charge possible. It suits a family of up to five, or a couple and their dogs with room for visitors.
