Fairways

Fairways is a house in Wyke Regis, in the Weymouth area, with the beach a two-minute walk away. The kitchen/diner has patio doors onto an enclosed, lawned garden with a patio and furniture, and the garden can also be reached from the rear.

There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, so the house sleeps five. The family bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower, and a separate ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. The sitting room has a Smart TV, and the kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Gas central heating is fitted.

Parking is one allocated off-road space, with more on-street parking in the close. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.6 miles, and the Crab House cafe is across the road, with Sandsfoot Castle, Smallmouth beach and Billy Winters Beach Bar nearby. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

No pets and no smoking are allowed. The house suits a family of up to five, or friends sharing, who want a garden and a beach within a couple of minutes' walk and have no dog to bring.
