Fig Tree Cottage - Burton Bradstock

Fig Tree Cottage is a semi-detached house in Burton Bradstock, renovated in 2023 and arranged for four. A porch opens into a dining hall with a fireplace and wood burner, with the first basket of logs included from October to April. To the right is the lounge, which has a Smart TV and an electric flame-effect fire.

The kitchen sits behind the dining room and looks onto the garden. It has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin, and a single bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Leave through the kitchen to reach the fully enclosed garden. It has a patio with furniture, then steps up to a lawn lined with shrubs. The cottage has one private parking space for a car. Up to two dogs can come, though extra charges may apply.

Distances are short: the beach is 600 metres away, and the pub and the shop are both within 200 metres. It suits a couple or a small family with one or two dogs who want to walk to the coast. Check-in is from 4pm and departure is before 10am.
