Lime Cottage

Lime Cottage is a thatched house in Burton Bradstock, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The living/dining room has a gas log fire, exposed stonework, original beams and a Smart TV, and the country-style kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher.

Two bedrooms sleep four: a super-king-size and a twin, both with exposed beams. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower over it and one shower room with a walk-in shower, both with heated towel rails, plus a cloakroom with a WC and basin. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, the rear garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture. The staircase is steep and narrow with low headroom, and there are steps in the garden, so take care and think twice if stairs are difficult for anyone in your party. Parking is roadside and subject to availability. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The shop, the pub and the River Bride are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles. The cottage suits two couples or a family of four who are comfortable with steep stairs.
