Finn Lodge

Finn Lodge is an elevated lodge in Swanage, at the top of its park, so walking up to it means an incline. Three steps lead up to a veranda and the front door, and private parking takes two cars.

The hallway and boot room open to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with far-reaching sea views and views across the Purbeck Hills, sofas, and a Smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and an air fryer, and a utility area holds a washer/dryer. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Both bedrooms are at the rear. The first has a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and the second has full-size twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Each bedroom has a Smart TV.

The veranda is enclosed, with garden furniture and views out to Swanage Bay. A neighbouring site 0.5 miles away has a shared heated indoor swimming pool and gym that guests can use for an additional fee, payable directly to that site. The pub and shop are 0.5 miles away and the beach is 1 mile. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am. The lodge suits a couple or two friends, or a small family, who want sea views from the sofa.
