Fisherman's Cottage

Fisherman's Cottage is a house in Weymouth, a short way from the marina. The open-plan living area has wooden flooring, an exposed brick fireplace, a Smart TV and a dining table for four. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, and a washing machine sits in a utility cupboard.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one overlooking the rear courtyard and one facing the front. The stairs are steep, so care is needed going up and down. The only bathroom is on the ground floor, with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC. Heating is Hive-controlled central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

At the back, the courtyard is enclosed and furnished. A travel cot and highchair are available. Parking is on the roadside, subject to spaces. Parking may also be possible at the supermarket directly opposite, but it must be pre-booked before arrival and charges apply.

The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach and river 0.6 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage suits two couples or a small family, with a cot and highchair on hand for a baby.
