Fisherman's Rest

Fisherman's Rest is a renovated house in Wyke Regis, a village on the south-western side of Weymouth. The Rodwell Trail, a walking and cycling route with sea views, is 25 metres from the front door, and the nearest shop, pub and beach are each 0.5 miles away. Parking is on a private driveway for two cars.

The kitchen/diner has a centre island and bi-fold doors, with a utility room and a cloakroom next door, and the sitting room has a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV with glimpses of the shore. The kitchen has a double electric oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. WiFi, gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Three bedrooms sleep six. There are two super king-size rooms, one of which can be zipped and linked or set up as twins on request, and a small single room with a trundle bed that is best suited to children. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family of six, with room for one dog.
