Flat 1 Deco is a ground-floor apartment for six in a quiet residential building just behind the beach at Swanage. The beach is 150 metres away across a well-tended green. The shop and the pub are 350 metres away. The open-plan lounge and dining room has contemporary sofas and a dining suite that seats six.

The super-king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as twins on request, and it opens directly onto the patio. The third bedroom is a twin. The family bathroom has a hand-held shower over the bath.

The kitchen has a double electric oven, a six-burner gas hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The TV comes with an Amazon Fire Stick, and there is a DAB radio with Bluetooth. A welcome pack is provided, and the flat has internet access. Guests bring their own beach towels.

The patio is private and is reached from the dining area and the second bedroom; there is a step out to it. Parking is private for one car, and trailers are not permitted. Neighbours share the building, so guests are asked to keep noise down. Dogs are not allowed. The flat suits two families, or a group of friends, who want everything on one floor beside the sea.
