Flat 2 Marine Approach

Flat 2 Marine Approach is a ground-floor apartment for six in Swanage. The beach and the seafront promenade are 150 metres away, and so is the pub; the shop is 600 metres off. The lounge has high ceilings and a bay window that looks down the road to the beach.

Across the hall is an open-plan kitchen and dining room with a traditional-style dining suite. The cooker is an electric oven with a gas hob, and there are a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge has a TV, a DVD player and a radio, a welcome pack is provided, and the flat has internet access.

There are three bedrooms: a king-size with its own en-suite WC, a double, and a twin. The second and third rooms have built-in wardrobes. One family bathroom serves the flat, with a shower cubicle and a free-standing bath. That is the only bathroom for six people, and the en-suite WC is the one extra toilet.

A highchair and a travel cot are provided. Parking is private and takes one small car. Guests bring their own beach towels. Dogs are not allowed. The flat suits two families, or a group of friends sharing three bedrooms, who want a ground-floor flat and the sea at the end of the road.
