Flat 3 Deco

Flat 3 Deco is a first-floor apartment for six in an Art Deco building in Swanage. The beach is 150 metres away, and the shop and pub are 350 metres away. You go in through a shared front door and take the lift or the stairs up; in an emergency guests are required to use the stairs. Once inside, the flat is all on one level.

The three bedrooms are two king-size rooms and a twin. The main king-size has its own en-suite shower room with WC, and the second king-size and the twin share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. In the kitchen/diner there is an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The lounge has soft seating, a TV, a DVD player and a radio, and the apartment has internet access.

A balcony opens off the lounge through two small steps, and from it the view runs from Ballard Down to Peveril Point and across to the Isle of Wight. Two cars can use the private parking, which is reserved for the apartment. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Guests bring their own beach towels.

Infants under two are not accepted, and a booking can include at most two children, so a party of six needs at least four adults. No dogs are allowed. The flat suits a group of adults, or a family with up to two children, who want the sand and the town centre on foot.
