Flat 6 Penlu

Flat 6 is on the third floor of the Penlu apartment building in Swanage, and it sleeps three. You can reach it by lift or by stairs, and it has an allocated parking space for one small car. The shop, the pub and the beach are each 300 metres away. No dogs can stay at the flat.

You step into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a sofa, an armchair with a footstool, a TV with a DVD player, and a selection of games, books and DVDs. The dining area sits in front of a feature bay window with sea views, and the table seats three. The kitchen is compact and has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.

The bedroom is a king-size, with an en-suite shower room that has a corner cubicle and a heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a single bed, 3ft wide, and a wardrobe. Across the hall is the bathroom, with a shower over the bath. A welcome pack is provided, and a travel cot and a highchair are available on request. The apartment on this level, number 7, sleeps four and can be booked alongside for a larger group. Beach towels should be brought from home. Check-in is from 4pm onwards, and check-out is by 10am.

The flat suits a couple, or a parent with a child or friend, who want sea views and a short walk down to the town.
