Purbeck Vista

This first-floor apartment in Swanage puts its dining area in a bay window, with seating for three and views across Swanage Bay. The sitting area next to it has a Smart TV, and the garden has views of the sea as well.

Two bedrooms sleep three: a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, and a single. A separate bathroom has a bath, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. A Blu-ray DVD player and WiFi are provided, gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The garden is not enclosed and has a picnic table. One designated parking place takes a single car, and parking on the road is also possible. The shop, the pub and the beach are all 0.3 miles away, and Beach Gardens Sports Park, with six tennis courts, an 18-hole putting green, a basketball court and outdoor table tennis, is a short stroll from the beach.

The apartment takes no pets, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond applies. The apartment suits a couple, or three people sharing, who want a sea view, an en-suite and one parking space.
