Flat 7 Penlu

Flat 7 Penlu is a third-floor apartment for four in Swanage, reached by lift or by the stairs. The shop, the pub and the beach are all 300 metres away. The open-plan lounge and dining area has a bay window, and the dining table seats four with panoramic views of the sea.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a corner cubicle and WC. The second bedroom holds two 3ft single beds that zip and link, and they can be made up as a super-king on request. A separate family bathroom has a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail and a WC, so a party of four has two bathrooms between them.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a welcome pack. The lounge has a TV with a DVD player and a stock of games, books and DVDs to borrow, and the flat has internet access. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Towels for the beach are not supplied, so bring your own. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 9am.

Parking is private and takes one small car. Dogs are not allowed. The flat suits two couples, or a family of four who want a sea-facing base 300 metres from the shops. Number 6 Penlu, which sleeps three, is on the same level of the building and can be booked alongside it for a larger group.
