Flat 8 Broadleys is a first-floor apartment for four in Swanage, reached by a lift, with wooden flooring throughout. The beach and the pub are each 300 metres away, and the shop is 500 metres. Dogs are not allowed, and there is no outdoor space.

The apartment opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The living area has a sofa, a leather armchair and a TV, and a small fold-down table for meals. The kitchen has two fridges, along with an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two TVs in the flat and one DVD player.

The main bedroom has a wooden double bed, a TV, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a free-standing mirror, plus an en-suite shower room with a corner cubicle, a heated towel rail and a WC. The second bedroom holds a single bed with a pull-out single, and a bedside table, a lamp and a chest of drawers. The main bathroom, with tiled walls, has a shower over the bath and a WC. One car can park privately. Bring your own beach towels. Arrival is from 4pm, and departure is before 10am.

The flat suits a couple with two children, or two couples, who want a lift, a parking space and the beach a few hundred metres away.
