Flat 9 Broadleys

Flat 9 Broadleys is a second-floor apartment in Swanage, with a lift up to the door. It sleeps six, but only as four adults and two children. The pub and the beach are 300 metres away, the shop is 500 metres, and the town centre is a 500-metre walk along the seafront.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has oak flooring, two fabric sofas, a TV with DVD and a dining table with six chairs, and the apartment has underfloor heating. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Each of the three bedrooms has its own balcony. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room; the second has twin beds that can be pushed together as a king-size (say which you want when booking); the third has a bunk bed for two children. In the main bathroom, a shower sits over the bath.

The rooftop terrace is reached by steps. It has decking, a table and chairs for six, views of the Purbeck Hills and glimpses of the sea. Ceilings are low and sloping, with reduced head height throughout. Two cars can park at the property, and a child booster seat is available. Beach towels are for guests to bring themselves. Dogs cannot come to Flat 9.

Flat 9 suits a family of up to four adults and two children who are comfortable with low ceilings.
