Frome Gazey Barn

Frome Gazey Barn is a one-bedroom house in Frampton for two guests. The bedroom is a mezzanine double above an open-plan living space that holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. The wet room has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Heating is underfloor, run from an air source heat pump. Electricity is in the rent, with starter wood and kindling for the log fire; more wood can be bought on site. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, and the house has a Smart TV and superfast fibre broadband. Bed linen and towels are included.

An electric vehicle charger is available at an optional charge, and dedicated off-road parking is for one car. Outside is an enclosed private courtyard with a table and chairs, and there is secure storage for bikes and sailing equipment. The shop is 2.8 miles away and the pub 1.7 miles.

No pets and no smoking. A good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple wanting a compact base with a stove and a charger. The Elbow next door can be booked alongside, and the two properties together sleep six across three bedrooms.
