Garden Retreat

This terraced cottage in Swanage is spread over three floors, with two double bedrooms on the first floor and a twin on the second. Six guests fit in total, and the stairs are part of the deal.

On the living side there is an open-plan space combining the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, plus a separate sitting room with a gas fire and a Smart TV. Two radios are provided as well. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail, and two cloakrooms each have a basin and a WC. The cottage has gas central heating and WiFi, a highchair is available, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered by the rent.

Out the back, the enclosed garden has a patio with furniture. Parking is on the road, first come, first served. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am; the cottage takes a good-housekeeping bond. It is good for a family or friends who can climb three floors and do not mind street parking.
