Ginny's Barn

Ginny's Barn is a stone barn conversion in Shipton Gorge, set in gardens that also hold the owner's home. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, a king-size and a double. Children over 12 are welcome and younger ones are not, and dogs are not allowed.

You enter an open-plan lounge and kitchen with an original timber beam, a wood burner and a Smart TV. The first basket of logs is supplied, and more can be bought from the owner. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer box. The dining area is up six stairs, on the half-landing, and the double bedroom is on that level too. The king-size room and the compact shower room, with a WC, are on the first floor.

Outside there is a seating area with access to a lawned garden that is shared. Private parking for one car comes with the barn, with additional space on the road.

The pub is 350 metres away, the shop 2 miles and the beach 2.5 miles. The barn suits a couple or two couples, or a family with teenagers, who are happy with a single shower room and a flight of stairs between the dining area and the bedrooms.
