Seafront first-floor flat for six overlooking Weymouth Bay
Grandview is a first-floor apartment on the seafront in Weymouth, a few steps from the promenade. The lounge, kitchen and main bedroom have large windows that look over the bay, and the dining area has sea views too.
There are three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double with a basin and a twin with a basin. Between them they sleep six. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a separate basin and WC. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the sitting room has a Freeview TV, books, games and DVDs. WiFi is included, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered.
On the ground floor is an enclosed front garden with an outdoor seating area. Parking is off-road for one car. A travel cot and highchair are available. A pub is 0.1 miles away and a shop 0.4 miles. In peak season, check-in is on Fridays only. Greenhill Gardens, with a putting green and tennis courts, and the RSPB Radipole Lake reserve are both close by.
No pets and no smoking are allowed. It suits a family or two couples who want sea views from the sitting room and are happy with a flat on the first floor.
