Greenhaven - Swanage

Greenhaven sits in an elevated position above Swanage, among mature gardens, with a view along the coast towards Ballard Down and Old Harry Rocks. The shop and the beach are both 0.5 miles away and the pub is 500 metres off. The South West Coast Path is 300 metres away and Durlston Country Park is 1 mile.

The home is on a single level, reached by stone steps up to the front door. The main room is an L-shaped lounge, kitchen and diner with expansive windows, and large sliding doors lead out to a balcony with glass balustrades. There is a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage.

Of the three bedrooms, one has a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as twins if you ask in advance, and the other two are twins, so the home sleeps six. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and there is a separate WC as well. One bedroom has double doors to the garden.

Outside, a decked area and steps lead down to a lawn, with gardens at the front and the back. Private off-road parking takes three cars. Dogs cannot stay at the house. The home suits two or three couples, or a family of six that wants space and a view.
