Greysteps

Greysteps is an apartment for four adults on the coast at Swanage, directly opposite the Beach Gardens, which have an 18-hole putting green, a bowling green, tennis courts and a basketball court. The beach is 200 metres away. The shop and pub are 0.5 miles off. You reach the front door by ten steps.

Inside, the kitchen is the first room you enter, and it has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine and a coffee machine. The lounge has two fabric sofas, a Smart TV, and a table and chairs for four. A welcome pack is provided, and the apartment has internet access.

The main bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be split into two singles if you ask when booking, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a wooden double bed and sea views. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside is a private lawned garden enclosed by hedges, with a table and chairs. There is private parking for two cars.

Infants and children under 12 are not accepted; if you want to bring children aged 12 to 18, you are asked to make contact first. The owner will consider a short break of 5 nights, so ask before booking one. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 9am. Guests bring their own beach towels. Dogs are not allowed. The apartment suits two couples, or a family with teenagers, who like a garden and don't mind the steps.
