Grosvenor Lodge

Grosvenor Lodge is a penthouse apartment on the top floor of a purpose-built block in Swanage, set high up with distant views of Swanage Bay. The block is built into the hill, so the apartment is reached from a rear door by two short flights of stairs. The beach is 800 metres away, and pubs and shops are within 250 metres.

A private door off a shared entrance opens into a hallway with the bathroom on the left. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an air fryer, a coffee pot and grinder, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Across the hall, the open-plan lounge and dining room has a Smart TV, a Sky TV package, and sliding doors onto a balcony with seating for two and glimpses of the sea.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size with its own TV, and a twin that can be set up as a super-king-size on request. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and the main bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. A hairdryer is provided. The building has an enclosed communal garden.

One off-road space is available, with more roadside parking subject to availability. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am. The apartment suits a couple, or two couples travelling together, who want to walk to the pubs, shops and beach.
