Gwyle House

Gwyle House is a detached Purbeck stone house in Worth Matravers, close to Langton Matravers. The pub is 400 metres away, the coast is 1 mile and the shop is 2 miles. The house works on two levels, with the two twin bedrooms, a children's room and the games area below and the living space above.

On the lower level are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and one with a walk-in shower, and both have doors to the terrace. A children's room is three steps down, with beanbags and a trunk of games. The utility room has a washing machine, coat racks and a table tennis table. Upstairs, the lounge has a smart TV and a dining area and opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and an espresso machine that takes ground coffee or ESE pods. Three steps up from the lounge is the king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The rooms on this floor have reduced height in the eaves.

The garden around the house is unenclosed, and a paved and decked terrace is enclosed. The drive and parking area hold up to four cars. A travel cot, a high chair and a potty are supplied, but there are no stair gates. A single dog may stay, with additional charges possible. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is before 10:00. The house suits a family or three couples who want a bathroom each, and who can manage a few steps.
