Clematis Cottage - Worth Matravers

Clematis Cottage is a Grade II listed cottage in Worth Matravers, near Swanage and close to Langton Matravers. The pub and tearoom are both a five-minute walk away, and the shop is 2 miles. There is no parking at the cottage. A permit is provided for the village car park.

The lounge has a flagstone floor, stone fireplaces, an open fire and a TV/DVD. Next door, the small galley kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The ground-floor bedroom is a children's room with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. Upstairs are a double and a twin. The one bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. The booking can have a maximum of four adults.

A courtyard with garden furniture is for the sole use of guests at the cottage. A lawned garden with furniture is shared with the neighbouring cottage, and there is a charcoal BBQ, though no charcoal is supplied. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, either two small dogs or one medium-sized dog, and they must stay downstairs and off the furniture. Additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is before 10:00. The cottage suits a family with young children, or friends who do not mind carrying luggage from the village car park.
