Hill Cottage is a chalet bungalow in Worth Matravers, close to Langton Matravers. The beach and the pub are both 1 mile away, and the shop is 2.5 miles. The maximum occupancy is six people.

The lounge is on the left of the hallway, with a bay window over the garden, distant sea views, a wood burner with the first basket of logs supplied from November to April, and a Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is at the rear, with patio doors to the garden, an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A utility room off the hall has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a way out to the garden. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, a double and a king-size with an en-suite shower and WC, along with a separate WC and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs are another king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and WC, plus a twin room that is available on request. Head height is restricted in places on the first floor under the sloping eaves.

The enclosed lawned garden has a trampoline, sun loungers, a picnic bench, a charcoal BBQ and a furnished deck, with a second lawn bordered by stone walls and hedging. There is storage for bikes, and private off-road parking for two cars. The cottage does not accept dogs. Arrival is possible from 16:00, with departure before 10:00. The cottage suits a family with children who want a garden to play in and a bedroom on the ground floor.
